Ahead of the spring season, Coachtopia debuts its newest lineup from the Coachtopia Loop collection, alongside a Y2K-infused campaign starring Barbie actress Ariana Greenblatt.
Dubbed “Lighter Bags, Brighter Futures”, the campaign spotlights the range of new ultra-light styles crafted with 98% recycled PET plastic, and with an additive sustainability approach- making them recyclable within Coachtopia’s closed-loop system.
Among the wide scope of products, new handbag styles featured in the campaign include a convertible mini tote that comes with a puffy shoulder strap for dual wearability, a mini backpack compact for day-to-day galavanting, a 3-in-1 pouch bag composed of two interlocking pouches that can be separated or worn together, and a cute barrel bag.
“I’m excited to be a part of something that’s better for our environment. What Coachtopia is doing is incredible and I think a lot of people are going to want to join it. They are at the forefront of this movement with their innovative designs and I’m just happy to be a part of this,” notes Greenblatt on the collaboration.
Revivified materials, techniques, and “doodle” inspired print designs by new Coachtopia member Kelly Ficarra are implemented in products including the Ergo bag coated in Croc-Embossed Coachtopia Leather, made with at least 50% recycled leather fibers from scraps, and Wavy Lava Upcrafted Leather, made with spare leather scraps from recycled Coach bags.
Fun and exciting patterns can be spotted in Cherry Print Coachtopia Leather—a collaboration with Coachtopian community member Sabrina Lau, and Checkerboard Upcrafted Leather, gorgeously modeled by Greenblatt in the iconic campaign.
Dipped in new confectionary colorways, all of the styles in this drop can be traded in and turned into unique pieces, keeping fashion circular one bag at a time.
